In Gaza, over 80 percent of the population depend on humanitarian aid. Oxfam supports partner organizations in both the Occupied Palestinian Territories and in Israel, promoting a just and sustainable peace between Israelis and Palestinians.

Despite political and military achievements in 2013 in DRC, over 2.75 million people have been forced to flee their homes within the country, and over 398,000 are still dependent on humanitarian aid. Oxfam is there.

Somalia continues to be at the center of one of the world’s biggest humanitarian emergencies, with severe drought exacerbated by years of conflict and restrictions on aid access by all parties. Insecurity makes Somalia one of the most difficult places to deliver aid.
