Das Fundraising-Team ist für die Spendenwerbung und –verwaltung zuständig, um die Projekt- und Kampagnenarbeit von Oxfam Deutschland mitzufinanzieren. Sie unterstützen die laufenden Fundraising-Aktivitäten. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen im Einzelnen:

  • Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Outbound-Telefonie zur Begrüßung, Bindung und Reaktivierung von Spender/innen
  • Zuarbeit bei der Recherche und Erstellung von Text- und Bildmaterialien
  • Unterstützung der laufenden Fundraisingprojekte nach Bedarf
    (z.B. in den Bereichen Spender/innenbindung, Mailings und Onlinefundraising)
  • Assistenzaufgaben für die Leitung Fundraising
  • statistische Auswertungen, administrative Aufgaben
  • Arbeiten mit der Spenderdatenbank raise-it
Ihr Profil: 
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen
  • freundliches und überzeugendes Auftreten, v.a. am Telefon
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit am späten Nachmittag/frühen Abend
  • sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, CRM-Datenbank-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Spaß an Recherchetätigkeiten und Lust am Schreiben
  • Teamfähigkeit, selbstständiger Arbeitsstil
  • erste Erfahrungen und Erfolge im Callcenter, Fundraising oder in der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit sind wünschenswert
  • Immatrikulation an einer deutschen Hochschule während der Vertragslaufzeit
  • gute Englischkenntnisse
