EU Finance Ministers meeting

Ministers expected to discuss the possibility of introducing a Financial Transaction Tax and climate finance issues, including the EU report on 'Fast Start Finance' - this is the EU's share of the $30 billion that rich countries pledged at the 2009 Copenhagen summit to help poor countries adapt to climate change and develop in a low carbon way over 2010-2012.
