First exchange of views on MEP Berman’s DCI report in the European Parliament
MEP Berman's report will propose amendments to the European Commission’s Development Cooperation Instrument (DCI) covering the 2014-2020. The report will be voted in September and set up the EP position on the DCI for negotiation with EU member states.
