First exchange of views on MEP Berman’s Development Cooperation Instrument (DCI) report in the European Parliament
MEP Berman's report will propose amendments to the European Commission’s Development Cooperation Instrument (DCI) covering 2014-2020. The report will be voted later this month and set up the European Parliament position on the DCI for negotiation with EU member states.
