EU Ministers will prepare for the EU Heads of State Summit on the 7-year budget (also known as the Multiannual Financial Framework- MFF). Oxfam hopes that the EU will protect EU aid from disproportionate cuts - proposals that were tabled at the Special Budget Summit on 22-23 November 2012.
