In March 2011, 769 families from Polochic Valley (Guatemala) were violently evicted from the land where they had always lived. Now, two years after the eviction, the support provided by you and other 107,000 people from 55 countries has increased the chances for these families to recover their land.

The Government of Guatemala has recognized three commitments to the communities evicted from Polochic Valley. The campaign organized by Oxfam and Vamos al Grano has generated 107,000 signatures in support of the cause.
