External review of the management of the Oxfam International Tsunami Fund, from PricewaterhouseCoopers

In late 2005 Oxfam International asked PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) to prepare a report to review our response to the tsunami crisis of 26th December 2004. The main focus of the review was on the governance and process elements of our response, with the aim of giving clear suggestions for both tsunami response and future programming.
