In October this year, rural women activists from across South Africa came together in Pretoria to discuss the common issues they face - including on climate change and land reform - and to call on national and global leaders for action. The women will carry their calls to world leaders during the COP17 climate conference in Durban 28 Nov - 9 Dec 2011.
