Oxfam International Tsunami Fund, Annual Report 2005

The Oxfam International Tsunami Fund was set up in March 2005 to coordinate and manage the Oxfam International affiliates’ response to the tsunami. The Fund helps facilitate communications and financial transactions between the affiliates implementing programs in the tsunami-affected region, and ensures consistency of controls.
