EU Trade Commissioner Mandelson replies to Oxfam's "A Recipe for Disaster" report
Oxfam has agreed to post the European Commission's response to Oxfam's report "A Recipe for Disaster" (April 2006). Oxfam's report argues that the chances of a deal being done this year that helps developing countries are looking increasingly slim. Oxfam says that unless the substance of the offers on the table changes radically, then no deal should be signed in 2006.
