L'équipe campagne d'Oxfam-Solidarité engage un/e chargé(e) de plaidoyer « Services Sociaux de Base ». Contrat à temps plein (38h) à durée indéterminée.
Oxfam-Solidarité axe son travail sur la lutte contre l'injustice qui est à la base de la pauvreté. Pour cela, Oxfam-Solidarité s'associe à des organisations partenaires dans le Sud et mène des activités de sensibilisation, de plaidoyer et des campagnes dans le Nord. Un des thèmes stratégiques de travail est le droit à la souveraineté alimentaire. Oxfam-Solidarité est membre du réseau Oxfam International, regroupant 14 Oxfam dans le monde.
Dans le cadre de la fonction de chargé(e) de plaidoyer « Services Sociaux de Base », le travailleur est responsable de la recherche et l'analyse sur le thème des services sociaux de base notamment en ce qui concerne la santé ainsi que les dossiers sur le financement du développement. Son travail s'inscrit dans un travail d'équipe en Belgique et au sein d'Oxfam International.
Description de la fonction• Analyser le thème des services sociaux de base notamment la santé ainsi que les dossiers sur le financement du développement (taxe sur les transactions financières) ;
• Suivre les débats et participer à la formulation de recommandations politiques au niveau belge, européen et international liées aux services sociaux de base ;
• Participer activement et représenter Oxfam-Solidarité dans les réseaux aux niveaux belge et international, en particulier au sein d'Oxfam International ;
• Définir, en collaboration avec le Directeur et le responsable Campagnes, les priorités stratégiques des dossiers et prendre part à la mise en œuvre des propositions concrètes pour les activités de communication, de campagne et de plaidoyer ;
• Contribuer au processus de réflexion sur la stratégie et les objectifs de l'organisation ;
• Fournir une contribution active à l'objectif de changement stratégique interne autour du droit aux services de base (OSC 4) dans le nom du service et les garanties de la rétroaction des conclusions importantes de la tâche au ministère ou à la division ;
• Gérer les aspects administratifs et financiers de votre matière ;
Profil• Diplôme universitaire ou expérience utile équivalente
• Intérêt marqué pour les relations Nord-Sud et les questions de développement, en particulier les questions liées aux services sociaux de base.
• Etre prêt à travailler sur de nouveaux thèmes, en fonction des évolutions du Programme Stratégique de l'organisation.
• Affinité forte avec les valeurs, la vision et les missions d'Oxfam-Solidarité
• De l'expérience de travail de plaidoyer est souhaité, une expérience de travail avec des réseaux pertinents est un atout
• Etre consciencieux(-se) et polyvalent(-e), être capable de prendre en main des activités très variées : participation à des réunions internationales, travail de recherche, plaidoyer politique, rédaction, animations, etc.
• Disposer d'un bon esprit d'équipe et de la capacité à travailler de manière autonome
• Être trilingue (français, néerlandais et anglais). La connaissance de l'espagnol est un atout
• Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles
• Flexibilité et disponibilité pour des déplacements à l'étranger
• Avoir de bonnes connaissances en informatique : traitement de texte, feuille de calcul, e-mail, internet
• Disposer d'un permis B
