Workshop on Sustainable Biofuels: addressing Indirect Land Use Change (ILUC)
Organised by the European Parliament’s ENVI Committee and being held at the European Parliament, this workshop will aim to present and discuss the proposal on Indirect Land Use Change effects of biofuels, as well as the underlying Impact Assessment put forward by the European Commission in October 2012. It will include a panel discussion with different stakeholders from the biofuels industry, NGOs and research institutes. Oxfam will contribute to this discussion.
