Responsabilités 

Placée sous la responsabilité hiérarchique du Directeur de Pays, la personne sélectionnée sera responsable d’assurer la coordination et l’exécution du projet financé par le Gouvernement Basque dans la province de Makamba en partenariat avec les organisations locales partenaires du projet et en collaboration avec les autres programmes en cours dans le pays dans le domaine du développement et de l’action humanitaire pour obtenir des changements dans les politiques et les pratiques.

Responsabilités
Coordonner le projet financé par le Gouvernement Basque, en partenariat avec les organisations locales partenaires du projet, tout en assurant l’exécution des activités et les dépenses du budget d’après les différents documents du projet.
Assurer le rapportage interne et auprès du bailleur de fonds en collaboration avec la Responsable Administration et Finances.
Veiller à ce que le programme prenne en compte les problématiques chroniques d’insécurité alimentaire tout en contribuant à la transmission des informations sur le suivi de la situation humanitaire en sécurité alimentaire de la zone d’intervention du programme au niveau de la coordination de Bujumbura et en tenant compte les 3 composantes du MESA (SAME) : logique de développement, logique de vulnérabilité et action humanitaire.
Superviser, gérer, accompagner et suivre les actions du programme, les équipes et les partenaires, conformément aux principes et standard d’Oxfam et aux engagements pris auprès des bailleurs.

Profil requis 

Expérience professionnelle d’au moins 3 ans dans le domaine des projets et programmes Moyens d´Existence et Sécurité Alimentaire ;
Langues : Parfaite connaissance orale et écrite du français, anglais niveau moyen. Connaissances de kirundi et espagnol seront un atout ;
Formation académique de préférence en agronomie, agroéconomie, études environnementales ou diplôme équivalent. Des études spécifiques en coopération internationale seront prises en compte positivement. Personnes avec des études en sociologie et/ou relations internationales peuvent aussi être tenues en compte ;
Connaissances informatiques ;
Etre familier avec une approche basée sur les droits.
