Für unser Berliner Büro suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Sie als IT-Koordinator*in Shops. Die Tätigkeit ist zunächst auf 2 Jahre befristet, eine Entfristung wird angestrebt. Vollzeit- oder Teilzeit-Arbeit ist möglich, zwischen 30,4 - 38 Wochenstunden (80-100%).

Die Stelle ist im Fachbereich IT & Datenmanagement angesiedelt, der mit Hilfe eines eigenständigen Rechenzentrumbetriebes umfangreiche Leistungen in den Aufgabenbereichen IT-Planung und Projektmanagement, Beschaffung und Budget-Controlling, ITK-Systembetrieb, Datenbank-Entwicklung, System-Administration und IT-Anwendungsbetreuung erbringt.

Ihre Aufgabe

Als IT-Koordinator*in im Team IT Operations sind Sie für den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb unserer gesamten dezentralen technischen Infrastruktur der Oxfam Shops zuständig. Sie arbeiten an der Schnittstelle zu unseren ehrenamtlichen Mitarbeiter*innen in den Shops, den Regionalleitungen und des Shop-Managementteams.

Zu Ihren Kernaufgaben gehören:

  • Betrieb und Verwaltung unserer technischen Infrastruktur-Objekte (IT-Arbeitsplätze in den Shops, Kassensysteme, elektrotechnische  Einrichtungen, POS-Systeme, TK- und Netzwerkkomponenten) sowie die dazugehörige Dokumentation
  • 2nd und 3rd Level Support der Oxfam Shops und Koordination von technischen Projekten, insbesondere bei Eröffnungen, Umbauten und Umzügen von Shop-Standorten sowie bei allen technischen Roll-Out-Aufgaben
  • Termingerechte Beschaffung aller erforderlichen technischen Infrastruktur-Objekte und dazugehörigen Dienstleistungen gemäß unseres zentralen IT-Produkt- und Lieferantenkataloges
  • Steuerung und Koordination der dazugehörigen technischen Dienstleister
  • Mitarbeit bei der Auswahl und dem Testen neuer wirtschaftlicher und funktionsfähiger Infrastruktur-Komponenten und geeigneter technischer Dienstleister für unsere Shop-Standorte
  • Konzeption und Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen sowie das Durchführen von IT-Anwenderschulungen für unsere ehrenamtlichen PC-Ansprechpartner*innen
  • Steuerung Changemanagement für alle notwendigen Kassenänderungsdienste
  • Erster Ansprechpartner unserer internen Shop-Fachbereiche für alle ITK-Shop-Technik-Fragen
  • Berichtswesen an die Leitung IT Operations sowie die Auftragsbearbeitung via IT-Ticketsystem
  • Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Support und Systemadministration

Die Stelle erfordert die Bereitschaft, die Technik deutschlandweit in den Shops einzurichten und zu betreuen. Dafür ist zeitweise auch ein Aufenthalt vor Ort notwendig.

Ihr Profil

Wir suchen eine Person, die technisch ausgesprochen versiert ist, serviceorientiert arbeitet und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Menschen hat. Sie sind kommunikationsstark und können auch komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich für Ehrenamtliche und Fachbereiche übersetzen.

Weitere Voraussetzungen sind:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Berufsfeld Informationstechnologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich, insbesondere im Einzelhandel, umfangreiche Kenntnisse auf den Gebieten der Informations- und  Kommunikationstechnik (Netzanbindungen, TK-Anlagen, Kassen- und Zahlungssystemen, Sicherheitstechnik)
  • Kaufmännische Grundkenntnisse und ausgeprägtes Kostenbewusstsein
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von technischen Dokumentationen und Schulungsunterlagen  
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen und technischem Asset-Management
  • Erfahrung im technischen Projektmanagement
  • Teamfähigkeit, Fähigkeit zu konzeptionellem und planerischem Arbeiten, Zuverlässigkeit und gutes Zeitmanagement, hohes Dienstleistungsverständnis und Servicebereitschaft
  • Interesse an neuen Technologien und Bereitschaft zu Weiterbildung
