En dependencia de la responsable de Relaciones Laborales (RRLL) y Administración Personal (AP), la persona se encargará de analizar, asesorar, gestionar y ejecutar los procesos y procedimientos de AP y RRLL de los diferentes colectivos ubicados en el territorio español y expatriados así como sobre el marco de RRLL de dichos colectivos. Todo ello con el objetivo de garantizar el buen cumplimiento de la legalidad en materia de RRLL en España, la aplicación de las políticas de RRLL de la Organización, la correcta resolución de las incidencias laborales junto a las Áreas Clientes de Recursos Humanos, así como la correcta gestión de la administración de personal para los colectivos asignados.

Responsabilidades 

- Recopilar, analizar y actualizar la normativa legal laboral vigente disponible en España así como la información y consultas jurídicas en materia laboral.
- Asesorar y hacer seguimiento de los procesos administrativos y de RRLL que afectan a todo el personal para España y expatriados garantizando que se dispone de toda la información actualizada en SAP (contratos, altas y bajas, jornadas, seguros, beneficios, briefing, debriefing, excedencias, IT, permisos, etc...).
- Resolver las incidencias vinculadas con temas de RRLL en las áreas clientes RRHH y departamentos.
-Proponer y revisar el diseño y la implementación de las políticas de RRLL en España que le sean atribuidas, así como cambios o mejoras en el modelo de gestión de AP y RRLL España.
-Resolver ante los organismos oficiales correspondientes (INSS, Hacienda, Extranjería, SEPE...) las incidencias generadas por gestión de la administración de personal del equipo de Oxfam Intermón.

Perfil requerido 

- Diplomado/a en Relaciones Laborales, Licenciatura en Derecho o similar
- Se valorará conocimiento de SAP, Milena y Excel
- Muy buen nivel de francés o inglés (idiomas habituales de trabajo).
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en el ámbito de RRHH, específicamente en Relaciones Laborales o en consultoría jurídico-laboral
- Experiencia en gestión de expatriados
- Deseable conocimiento o experiencia en ONG’s del sector de la cooperación internacional
- Competencias en organización, orientación a personas, flexibilidad, resolución de problemas

Condiciones 

-Trabajar en un entorno cambiante y retador tanto a nacional como internacional
-Contrato temporal de 6 meses aprox. (hasta Septiembre 2016)
