Dentro del Departamento de Marketing y Desarrollo Comercial, y en dependencia de la Responsable del Área de Relación con el Colaborador, serás responsable de analizar las tendencias del mercado y los patrones de comportamiento del colaborador/a. En base a ello, deberás realizar los estudios e informes que apoyarán a la toma de decisiones y orientarán las campañas de captación de fondos y los planes de relación con los/las colaboradores/as.

Quines seran les teves funcions? 
  • Identificar y analizar las tendencias globales del mercado y los patrones de comportamiento de los/las colaboradores/as, así como las conexiones entre esos comportamientos, para proporcionar información relevante para la toma de decisiones estratégicas y poder identificar oportunidades y evaluar los riesgos. 
  • Diseñar y desarrollar todo el ciclo de análisis de datos en base a las necesidades internas, desde consensuar los objetivos de ese análisis hasta la elaboración y presentación de las conclusiones y aprendizajes.
  • Proponer los indicadores de seguimiento de la actividad estratégica del departamento, garantizando su correcta aplicación, fiabilidad y seguimiento.
  • Innovar y liderar los modelos de predicción del comportamiento (Big Data), los modelos de análisis digital, colaborar con expertos externos, etc. 
Què estem buscant? 
  • Formación en matemáticas, estadísticas, ingeniería o ADE.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en puestos similares, preferiblemente en equipos de marketing/ fundraising.
  • Conocimientos de herramientas informáticas relacionadas con la explotación de BBDD (SAP-CRM) y conocimiento avanzado de herramientas de extracción, manipulación y análisis de datos.
  • Se valorará positivamente haber realizado un máster en Big Data.
  • Alta capacidad analítica y de redacción de informes orientados al desarrollo de conclusiones y aprendizajes que puedan utilizarse para la toma de decisiones.
  • Capacidad relacional y trabajo en equipo.
  • Orientación a resultados.
  • Imprescindible inglés medio-alto.
  • Pasión por el fundraising y motivación por la cooperación al desarrollo e identificación con nuestros valores y misión.
