Oxfam Deutschland (ODE) wirbt jährlich im Schnitt rund 3,5 Million EUR durch institutionelles Fundraising ein. In Zukunft soll der Anteil der Drittmittel-finanzierten Projekte und Kampagnen signifikant gesteigert werden. Sie sind in der Stabstelle Institutionelles Fundraising verantwortlich für die Abstimmung von Drittmittel-Aktivitäten von GIZ und KfW mit anderen Oxfam Partnerorganisationen. Die Stelle ist der Leitung der Stabstelle Institutionelles Fundraising unterstellt.

Ihre Tätigkeit umfasst im Einzelnen:

  • Screening, Beobachtung und Follow-up von Ausschreibungen deutscher Geber, im Besonderen der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) und der Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW)
  • Analyse und Kommunikation der Ausschreibungen deutscher Geber in den internationalen Oxfam Verbund
  • Ansprechpartner/in gegenüber Oxfam Affiliates aus dem internationalen Oxfam Verbund für Fragen zu Ausschreibungen deutscher Geber
  • Management und Koordinierung der Ausschreibungen deutscher Geber für den internationalen Oxfam Verbund
  • Koordinierung und Entwicklung von Angeboten in enger Kooperation mit Oxfam Affiliates weltweit sowie Projektmanagement 
  • Kontaktaufbau und –pflege mit deutschen und internationalen Consulting Firmen

Repräsentation von ODE im internationalen Oxfam Verbund bezüglich

Ihr Profil: 
  • abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
  • mindestens 5-jährige praktische Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Angeboten und der Bewirtschaftung von Drittmitteln deutscher Geber
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Angebotserstellung und Akquise für deutsche Geber auf internationaler Ebene
  • gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Institutionenlandschaft, insbesondere GIZ und KfW
  • mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement (Backstopping)
  • ausgewiesene analytische Fähigkeiten und strategisches Denkvermögen
  • selbstständige, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, gutes Zeitmanagement, ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick
  • sicher im Umgang mit den üblichen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und ein stilsicherer und flüssiger Schreibstil
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse, gute Französisch- und Spanischkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
