We help people caught up in natural disasters and conflicts across the world with clean water, food, sanitation and protection. At any given time, we are responding to over 30 emergency situations, giving life-saving support to those most in need. We also work hard to encourage global and local policy makers to bring about the changes needed to improve the lives of those affected.
Despite the recent ceasefire, the situation in Syria is critical. Hundreds of thousands of people are living in desperate conditions and exposed to continuing violence. Today, half the pre-conflict population of 22 million Syrians have fled their homes and more than 13.5 million people urgently need your help.
