Responsabilidades

La persona seleccionada se incorporará en el Área de Captación y Gestión de Subvenciones reportando directamente a la responsable de unidad de Funding and Compliace. Su misión consistirá en asegurar la calidad de la traducción de documentos relativos a los programas y proyectos de cooperación de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos establecidos por Oxfam Intermon, de forma que dichos documentos estén disponibles para las personas o instituciones que los precisen en el plazo convenido y en el idioma requerido.

Sus funciones principales serán:
Realizar traducciones directas (francés o inglés a castellano o catalán), inversas (castellano o catalán a francés o inglés) o francés a inglés de documentos, esencialmente (no sólo) asociados a programas y proyectos de cooperación asegurando que dicha traducción es fiel al original y adaptada al lenguaje técnico de la cooperación y de acuerdo con el libro de estilo de Oxfam Intermon.

Asegurar una correcta gestión de la externalización de traducciones que no puedan ser asumidas por la persona ocupante del puesto para lograr que estas traducciones externas cumplan los requisitos establecidos de plazo, calidad y coste.

Revisar las traducciones externalizadas antes de que se envíen a su destinatario/a Para asegurar que cumplen los criterios de calidad necesarios y de acuerdo con el libro de estilo de Oxfam Intermon.

Actualizar y gestionar las memorias de traducción, así como trabajar en las bases terminológicas.

Elaborar y mantener un pool de posibles traductores/as externos a los que IO pueda subcontratar cuando sea necesario bajo los criterios establecidos de calidad y coste.

Realizar interpretaciones orales para poder cubrir necesidades muy puntuales.

Perfil requerido 

• Licenciatura en Traducción e interpretación, o similar.
• Capacidad de traducción del castellano al francés o inglés, y viceversa. Y del francés al inglés.
• Conocimiento del lenguaje técnico del ámbito de la cooperación.
• Valorable dominio del catalán.
• Gestión administrativa y proactividad.
• Manejo de Trados
• Utilización de herramientas informáticas: correo electrónico, paquete office,…
• Buena capacidad de planificación y organización de su trabajo.
• Capacidad de trabajo bajo presión para poder cumplir con plazos acotados.
• Flexibilidad y adaptación al cambio
