Consultancy: End of project evaluation Integrated WASH and Livelihoods Response in Somalia (INT2525)
Oxfam has worked in South Central Somalia for over 20 years and is engaged in humanitarian and development programs that mainly focus on water, sanitation & hygiene as well as food security and livelihoods with the main aim of poverty eradication. We are currently implementing an Integrated WASH and Livelihoods project in Gedo and Bay regions of Somalia
Purpose of the consultancy
The consultancy is aimed conducting an end project evaluation of an integrated WASH (rehabilitation of water sources, support to environmental sanitation, hygiene awareness campaigns) and Livelihoods (conditional and unconditional cash) interventions so to determine whether the project achieved the desired results
What we are looking for
Oxfam has been implementing European Union funded project titled, “Support to Artisanal Fisheries and Coastal Management in Somaliland and Punt land” Since April 2014.The project seeks to contribute to building a more robust fisheries sector in Somalia through supporting to create an overall enabling environment for small scale artisanal fishermen to maximise production and a more efficient artisanal fisheries sector at the community level.
In addition, the action aims to build the government capacity to strike a balance between enabling and regulating the fisheries sector to ensure sustainable fishing for current and future generations.

The team are operating within a challenging ad dynamic regulatory and organisational framework, with respect to how charities communicate with their Supporters and the general public.
The role-holder will work with internal clients to deliver campaigns across multiple contact channels. Key to the role is the ability to build relationships with internal clients and, as you develop in the role, to have input into decisions around campaign data strategy. Skills we are looking for include attention to detail, logical thinking and numeracy.
The objective of this consultancy is to review the strategic drivers impacting on Oxfam's operations going forward and to propose several alternative business models for management's consideration. These models should be reflective of the multiple constraints and drivers outlined, and also position Oxfam in the Philippines to reach its goals as outlined in its Oxfam Country Strategy 2015-2020.

The funds we raise from our donors make a huge difference to people throughout Gaza. In this role you will be part of a dynamic programme team, pulling together reports and proposal submissions and making sure that systems and processes are in place so that we are accountable for the funds we receive.
