Responsabilidades 

- Dar a conocer a los viandantes el trabajo de Oxfam Intermón, informando sobre nuestros proyectos y
actividades, con el objetivo de proponerles convertirse en nuevos socios de la organización
- Dar de alta a las personas interesadas, cumplimentando los datos necesarios y entregando
personalmente los materiales de bienvenida de la organización
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos cuantitativos y cualitativos según los indicadores

- Reportar a diario al Jefe de Equipo sobre los resultados obtenidos e incidencias

Perfil requerido 

- Experiencia previa en actividades F2F, venta directa o telemarketing, prioritariamente para ONGs
- Experiencia previa de trabajo en equipo
- Dotes de comunicación, empatía, flexibilidad y alta orientación a resultados
- Idiomas: castellano y muy valorables catalán o euskera según ubicación
- Conocimientos de informática a nivel de usuario
-Imprescindible residencia en Provincia del puesto vacante
- Se valorará formación, especialmente en ciencias sociales, marketing, humanidades o psicología
- Se valorará conocimiento, implicación o experiencia en el sector social

Responsabilités 

Nous recherchons pour notre programme en Mauritanie un Officier en Sécurité Alimentaire et Moyens d’Existence avec compétences en RRC pour l’implémentation d’un projet intégré sécurité alimentaire / moyens d’existence et réduction de risques de catastrophes (RRC) et son intégration de manière générale en Mauritanie.Il dépendra hiérarchiquement du Field Manager et fonctionnellement du Responsable Action Humanitaire.

Contexte
En 2015, OXFAM a développé et adopté une nouvelle Stratégie pour le pays couvrant la période de 2015-2019 avec pour objectif global « d’assurer plus de justice sociale entre toutes les citoyennes et tous les citoyens de la Mauritanie à travers la réduction des inégalités politiques, sociales et économiques entre tous les citoyens du pays ». Le équipe d’OXFAM et les partenaires de la Société civile sont présents et actifs dans plusieurs régions du pays et mettent en œuvre des programmes de bonne gouvernance, de renforcement de la participation citoyenne, de résilience et de sécurité alimentaire. L’équipe d’OXAFM est de plus prête à réponde à tout moment aux crises humanitaires.

Objectif du poste
Chargé de programme sécurité alimentaire et moyen d’existence en urgence.

Responsabilités
Le Officier en Sécurité Alimentaire et Moyens d’Existence a la responsbailité de mettre en œuvre et piloter le projet.
Oxfam à prévue une assistance alimentaire sous forme de Cash Inconditionnel à 5640 ménages très pauvres et ainsi que la distribution des compléments alimentaires aux enfants de 6-23 mois et aux femmes enceintes et allaitantes.
Cette réponse vise aussi le renforcement des capacités des communautés en préparation, atténuation des risques de la catastrophe basée sur la mise en place des systèmes communautaires d’alerte précoce, la mise en place des projets communautaires et des plans de contingences communautaires.

Compétences requises

Gestion de projet
Participer aux études préliminaires (EPVC), à la définition des besoins, la conception de nouveaux projets et la sélection de solutions techniques les plus appropriées au contexte.
Participer à la définition, à la planification et l’exécution des activités de Sécurité alimentaire et Moyens d’Existence du projet avec l’appui du Field Manager (activités de Cash transfert, distribution des compléments alimentaires, mise en place des systèmes communautaires d’alerte précoce, définition des plans de contingence communaux, des activités agricoles et d’élevage etc..) ;
Garantir la mise en œuvre, le suivi et l’évaluation des activités Sécurité Alimentaire et Moyens d’Existence (Assistance alimentaire, RRC, hygiène et assainissement) et ainsi de mobilisation sociale pour la participation communautaire des bénéficiaires et fournir un retour régulier au Field Manager du déroulement des activités.
Collecter les données et faire l’analyse des statistiques mensuelles collectées sur les principaux marchés de la zone
Contribuer a l’élaboration de tous les outils de collecte et d’analyses des informations en sécurité alimentaire.
Assurer la compilation et le reporting de l’ensemble des activités sécurité alimentaire, RRC et Wash prévue par le projet ;

Coordination et communication
Présenter au Field Manager un sitrep bihebdomadaire et un rapport mensuel des activités réalisées, en cours et planifiée, et sur les problèmes rencontrés.
Représenter Intermon Oxfam aux réunions régionales de coordination externe et interne, sous proposition du Field Manager.
Etablir et maintenir de bons contacts bénéficiaires, la délégation de l’élevage, la délégation de l’agriculture, Les autres services qui ont un rapport avec les activités de sécurité alimentaire dans la région.

Gestion d’équipe
Participer au recrutement des personnelles techniques sécurités alimentaires et moyennes d’existence du projet avec le Field Manager (Assistant, Superviseurs, Techniciens, les journaliers, les fournisseurs en cas de besoin, etc.)
Assurer la supervision et l’évaluation des personnes sous sa responsabilité directe. S’assurer de la cohésion de l’équipe technique de sa zone d’intervention
Veiller à ce que le règlement intérieur et les normes de conduite d’Intermón Oxfam soient bien compris, suivies et respectées par chacun des membres de son équipe ;
Assurer le Management (gestion), le renforcement de capacité et le Coaching quotidien de l'équipe sous sa responsabilité ;

Suivi des achats locaux et stocks du projet
Participer à la sélection de l’équipement et des matériaux nécessaires aux activités agricoles avec Field Manager en respectant les spécifications techniques et les critères de qualité
Assurer le suivi et la supervision des cahiers de registre (approvisionnements) et des documents de suivi liés aux activités agricoles
Garantir une gestion correcte des stocks du projet
Prospecter le marché des intrants agricoles en collaboration avec le logisticien

Profil requis 

Profil requis
Diplôme d’Ingénieur agronome/Elevage /Développement rural ou Diplôme équivalent (Bac +3)-
Au moins 2 ans d’expériences dans un poste similaire-
Une bonne maîtrise des tableurs et des logiciels sous Windows est essentielle.
Bonne connaissance de la notion de gestion de cycle de projet en Action Humanitaire,
Connaissance de l’approche HEA,.
Formation et experiences en transfert monétaire (CalP2).
Forte capacité d’analyse et de synthèses des informations en sécurité alimentaires et moyens d’existence.
Connaissances démontrables en la Réduction des Risques de Catastrophes.
Maitrise du Français indispensable.

Rémunération Salaire annuel brut: 27’930 Euros .
Autres : les voyages, le logement, R&R, la manutention et les assurances médicales, de vie et accidents sont à la charge d’Oxfam selon les conditions en vigueur.
