The difficulties of working in conflict and fragile state contexts are immense from both ethical and practical standpoints for the entire international aid community.  These complexities strongly challenge Oxfam’s typical ways of understanding and responding to humanitarian emergencies. There are major implications for how Oxfam can mount appropriate EFSVL programmes at scale in war/active conflict zones; protracted conflict; long-term/multiple displacement; and all or any of the above within a fragile state context. Currently, there is no focal point/advisor position for conflict and fragile contexts within the EFSVL team in the Global Humanitarian Team despite having active programming in the many complex contexts.

Responsabilidades 

- Seleccionar, integrar y supervisar el personal voluntario según las competencias adecuadas al puesto con el fin de disponer de un equipo funcional y motivado que permita cumplir con los objetivos comerciales.
- Contribuir a la revisión de los procedimientos y manuales de las tiendas de segunda mano para adaptarlos a la realidad.
