Responsabilités 

Assurer le fonctionnement correct de la logistique de la base de Paoua
- Assurer l´implémentation des politiques, procédures et outils logistiques et d´approvisionnements pour assurer la reddition des comptes vis-à-vis des bailleurs, la transparence et l´absence de conflits d´intérêts, l'optimisation des ressources humaines et matérielles.
- Assurer l’implémentation du système de gestion de flotte (Logiciel Tracpoint de Terra Mar) sur la base et alimenter avec les données : frais réparation/maintenance, suivre les mouvements permanent online, etc.
- Participer à la préparation, la planification et la mise en œuvre des activités des programmes.
- Suivre les activités logistiques au niveau de la base afin d'assurer la bonne marche des projets pour pouvoir détecter tout problème et/ou risque pour l´organisation et ainsi réagir à temps.
- Assurer l´implémentation des mesures de sécurité et appuyer le Field Manager de la base dans la gestion des aspects sécuritaires.
- Prendre part activement à l'élaboration, la révision et au suivi budgétaire des programmes AH.
- Gérer le personnel logistique en leur assurant un appui technique et un suivi quotidien, effectuer l´évaluation du personnel logistique.
- Renforcer les capacités des équipes dans le pays et des partenaires avec la mise à jour du manuel des procédures partenaires.
- Participe à l’élaboration et/ou révision du plan de contingence
- Participer et collaborer activement au cluster Logistique, avec les autres ONG, les partenaires locaux et autorités locales.
- Mettre en place un système efficace d’archivage logistique devant permettre de retrouver facilement la traçabilité des différents documents émis à l’interne (réquisitions, etc.) et à l’externe (Certificats de donation, contrats des fournisseurs, etc.)

Profil requis 

Expérience en logistique dans le cadre de l'Action Humanitaire de 3 années dont au moins 2 années dans des missions d'urgence dans des contextes très instables).
- Expérience en gestion du personnel et en Formation/renforcement des capacités-transfert des compétences
- Expérience en gestion de chaine d´approvisionnement
- Expérience en gestion de la sécurité
- Informatique : Bonne maitrise du Pack Office et connaissance approfondie d'Excel.
- Bonnes connaissances dans ces domaines: Wash et Food Security.
- Expérience dans un projet de développement serait un atout.
- Langues : Français obligatoire, l´arabe est un grand atout et la maitrise de l´espagnol ou de l´anglais un plus.
