On Saturday April 16, a 7.8 magnitude earthquake struck Ecuador killing hundreds of people, leaving thousands wounded and causing severe damage to infrastructure. Oxfam GB is delighted to confirm the release of their staff member, a Swiss national, Hubert Ballaman, who was abducted in Abéché on 6 June.
