Oxfam’s in-house Face to Face (F2F) fundraising team has expanded, which means we are now looking to recruit a talented performance coach to help build and drive our Auckland based team.
Working from Oxfam’s Auckland base, the role is primarily street-based with some additional office time. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on and strong people manager with a real drive for results.

Fundraising appeals are a vital income stream to enable Oxfam’s advocacy and campaigning, international development and humanitarian work. We’re seeking to recruit a Supporter Appeals Specialist, a key role focused on delivering supporter appeals, emergency appeals, Oxfam unwrapped products, and regular giving communications. Most activity will be primarily through Direct Mail and eDM.
