Responsabilidades 

Responsabilidades claves:
- Aportar en el diseño e implementar la estrategia de comunicación de Oxfam en Honduras por medio de redes sociales y pagina web.
- Generar y difundir piezas de comunicación basadas en el programa de Oxfam en formatos creativos para audiencias a nivel nacional y regional.
- Mantener relaciones efectivas de trabajo con comunicadores sociales, periodistas, copartes, oficiales de comunicación de Oxfam a nivel regional.
- Asesorar en la planificación y ejecución de campañas públicas de Oxfam o apoyadas por Oxfam en Honduras.
- Formular, revisar y asesorar desde su área de competencias las propuestas para la movilización de recursos

Competencias y responsabilidades específicas:

Aportar en el diseño e implementar la estrategia de comunicación de Oxfam en Honduras por medio de redes sociales y pagina web:
- Aplicar un enfoque basado en los derechos humanos con un compromiso activo para que los derechos de las mujeres estén en el centro de quehacer institucional.
- Actualizar y mantener la página web de Oxfam en Honduras.
- Diseñar e implementar la estrategia de comunicación de Oxfam a través de sus cuentas de Twitter y FB.
- Garantizar que las publicaciones en las redes digitales cumplan con el enfoque de género y requisitos de visibilidad de Oxfam.
- Replicar mensajes relevantes al contexto hondureño que provienen de las campañas globales de Oxfam.

Generar y difundir piezas de comunicación basadas en el programa de Oxfam en formatos creativos para audiencias a nivel nacional y regional:
- Aportar desde su área de competencia a la formulación del documento POA / Presupuesto.
- Realizar el mapeo de actores claves a quienes Oxfam quiere garantizar que lleguen las piezas de comunicación.
- Asegurar la difusión de las piezas de comunicación a los actores identificados.
- Custodiar y manejar el archivo de piezas de comunicación.
- Asegurar que los colegas del Equipo de Oxfam y copartes estén informados sobre las piezas de comunicación y sobre las tendencias en los medios de comunicación sobre los temas priorizados.
- Construir piezas de comunicación según enfoque de género y requisitos de visibilidad Oxfam / donantes en estrecha colaboración del equipo de Oxfam.
- Presentar piezas de comunicación para aprobación por la Coordinación de Programa Iguales y la Dirección de País.
- Desarrollar la propuesta de medios en emergencias humanitarias y coordinar la implementación de la misma; esto incluye asegurarse que haya una buena comunicación interna a nivel de país y regional y la elaboración y diseminación de sitreps.
- Realizar visitas a terreno para recopilar información y material fotográfico sobre proyectos; coordinar las demandas de visibilidad de los mismos.

Mantener relaciones efectivas de trabajo con comunicadores sociales, periodistas, copartes, oficiales de comunicación de Oxfam a nivel regional:
- Mantener una comunicación efectiva con periodistas y comunicadores/as de medios corporativos y alternativos a nivel nacional e internacional.
- Garantizar una comunicación cercana con oficiales de comunicación de Oxfam a nivel regional, a nivel de sedes de afiliados interesados en el programa de Honduras.
- Acompañar visitas de monitoreo a copartes.
- Mantener comunicaciones efectivas con los puntos focales de comunicación de nuestros donantes Asegurar la difusión de las piezas de comunicación a los actores identificados.
- Participar y contribuir en otros proyectos transversales del país o región o institución a consideración de la Dirección de País.

Asesorar en la planificación y ejecución de campañas públicas de Oxfam o apoyadas por Oxfam en Honduras:
- Asesorar a las copartes en la planificación y ejecución de sus campañas públicas, según la priorización de la agenda de influencia nacional.
- Asesorar al DP sobre la réplica de campañas cortas que provienen de las campañas globales de Oxfam.
- Supervisar el uso de marca en toda la información, procesos de comunicación y visibilidad que involucre a Oxfam.
- Realizar un seguimiento en prensa de las apariciones de Oxfam en el país y monitorear estas tendencias en los medios nacionales, para alertar sobre riesgos de marca / reputación.

Formular, revisar y asesorar desde su área de competencias las propuestas para la movilización de recursos:
- Formular el borrador de los componentes de comunicación de las propuestas a donantes.
- Realizar todas las funciones relacionadas al cargo delegadas por su inmediato superior.
- Cumplir con el código de conducta y plan de seguridad de Oxfam.

Perfil requerido 

Esenciales

-Lic. Periodismo / Comunicaciones / Relaciones Publicas
- Experiencia en convocatoria de medios y excelente comunicación oral y escrita. Capacidad para transmitir información compleja, de manera sencilla e interesante para diferentes audiencias.
- Experiencia de 3 años en manejo de comunicaciones de ONG S y cooperación internacional.
- Español, Nivel alto. Inglés, Intermedio.

Profil requis 

- Expérience dans l’identification, formulation, suivi et justification des projets de coopération et/ou action humanitaire ;
- Excellentes capacités d’expression écrite et esprit de synthèse ;
- Formation Universitaire, de préférence dans les domaines des Sciences économiques, Sociales ou similaire ;
- Expérience de travail avec les bailleurs de fonds, notamment ECHO, UE, agences UN, OFDA et autres ;
- Excellente maîtrise du français, tant oral qu’écrit, et bonne maitrise de l’anglais ;
- Capacité de travail en équipe ;
Rigueur et sens de l’organisation, capacité de planification ;
