The liquidator of the Oxfam Foundation in Poland, with its registered office in Kraków, at ul. Stefana Rogozińskiego 6, 31-559 Kraków, entered in the National Court Register under KRS number 0000970025 in the register of associations, other social and professional organisations, foundations and independent public healthcare institutions, NIP 6762617587, REGON 522032243, hereby gives notice that, pursuant to a statement by the Founder’s Representative dated 28 June 2026, the Foundation has been dissolved due to the exhaustion of its financial resources and assets. The commencement of liquidation has been disclosed in the National Court Register.
The liquidator of the Foundation is Vesna Kusmuk.
Creditors of the Foundation are hereby called upon to lodge their claims against the Foundation in writing by 30 October 2026 at the following address: Oxfam Foundation in Poland, ul. Stefana Rogozińskiego 6, 31-559 Kraków.
