Dear Microsoft Licensing Partner,
Oxfam International Secretariat (OIS) invites qualified Microsoft licensing partners to submit a proposal for the renewal and ongoing management of Oxfam’s Microsoft Enterprise Agreement and Reseller services.
The current agreement expires on 31st December 2026. OIS intends to appoint a supplier that combines strong Microsoft programme expertise, transparent commercial value, disciplined license assurance, effective multi-affiliate service delivery, and strategic advisory capability.
The successful supplier will act as a strategic licensing and service partner, rather than solely as a transactional reseller.
