The Secretary-General of the United Nations, Ban Ki-moon, has appointed President Johnson-Sirleaf of Liberia, President Yudhoyono of Indonesia and Prime Minister David Cameron of the United Kingdom to chair a High Level Panel on post-Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).
